Every victim's name of the 2002 bombing is inscribed on the wall. Sadly, just four days after this photo was taken, Bali was bombed again in a nearby Kuta restaurant. Nearly three years to the day of the first bombing, this second bombing claimed 26 lives, mainly Indonesians. What is truly sad is that Bali's only economy is tourism; they were just beginning to see a return of tourists, and this most recent bombing will most certainly devastate the local Balinese's quality of life and incomes.
