We stopped for lunch at a little place called Y Thao Garden, hidden inside the Imperial City.
Back when Hue was an Imperial center, the king demanded 70 courses at each meal, cooked by 70 chefs. That fussy dining remains a Hue feature to this day.
Y Thao Garden is the finest "Imperial cuisine" in Hue.
