Meet the most irritating guide in all Vietnam. He latched onto us. was boring as hell, and we couldn't ditch him (we certainly tried). We tried to tip him to make him go away, and he actually told us it wasn't enough. Pooh on capitalism, maybe Vietnam really runs on extortion :)
