Our first taste of Hoi An's delectable speciality- banh xeo (ban say-o). It is rice paper wrapped around mung beans, tomatoes, shrimp, and pork. Soooo good. And only 25 cents each!!
We had eaten banh xeo in Hue, but the Real Thing is only here in Hoi An. Bring it.
