Our first night in Rio, we hit Porcao, a very upscale churrascurria (all-you-can-eat meat restaurant). Matt enjoys his beef with a side of farofa, which is a weird Brazilian side dish made of fried manioc flour. It is as sawdust-y tasting as it looks.
