Well, after the debacle of trying to find last-minute accommodations the night before, we went to a hostel booking site online and booked 2 nights at Hotel Furstenhof in Wiesbaden, a pretty town on the Rhine River. The booking site had 1 comment: "This place looks like the hotel from 'The Shining.'" We were obviously very excited, and for 52 euro a night, how could we possibly say no?
