Matt then found this old man making shaved ice sundaes from a cart. We spent a whole dollar on that confection before realizing that you can't drink the water, or eat the ice, in Ecuador. It will kill you it's so toxic. So, one sundae, in the garbage, along with my dollar. Damn.
