Hippos doing their hippo thang on the Masai. Hippos are the #1 most dangerous animal on safari; if you get between their water source and them, they will trample you. More locals die from hippo tramplings than any other animal, because often the locals can only get fresh water from the streams. As you can tell, the hippos are on one side of the river, and we stayed safely on the OTHER side!
