Turkey 2018

We arrived in Selcuk, Turkey and checked into the cute little ANZ Guesthouse.
Our guesthouse was just a mile walk to the ancient city of Ephesus, now a UNESCO outdoor museum.
As we entered via the footpath, Ephesus' huge amphitheater was visible amongst the ruins.

This is a real, ancient, and very famous footprint, reportedly leading to the brothel of Ephesus.
Public toilets! VERY public!!!
Beautiful Roman-era arches still exist and are intact.
For an extra fee, you can enter the ancient homes of Ephesus. They are still being excavated, and are essentially archaeological centers.
The cluster of homes is remarkably intact, particularly the paintings.
Some of the intact, Biblical-era wall paintings in the homes.
The site is essentially the world's hugest jigsaw puzzle.
