After years of traveling to random, small places, we finally made it to Rome. First things first: GELATO.
There's not much to say or show about Rome that hasn't already been done before. So here are the highlights. First: Joneses outside the Colosseum!

A view from one of the Colosseum balconies. This place was truly colossal; the amphitheater in Nimes, while huge, seemed small in comparison.
We visited the Roman Forum next, which I found far more fascinating than the Colosseum.
Inside the Forum, hidden behind a wall, was CAESAR'S GRAVE!! No shit!! Why did I not know this?
Obviously dinner that night was pizza, because of course.
