We participated in a very cool program, sponsored by the Paris Chamber of Commerce, called "Meet the French." We got to meet with some very talented food artisans who own shops in Paris. Here, Matt poses with Jean Charles Rochoux, a young but extremely successful chocolate maker and sculptor.
