Barcelona has an infestation of "living statues"- people who dress up as statues. Tourists actually pay to get their photos taken with these freaks. But at Parc Guell, the biggest freak statue of all: some guy dressed up as the Guell Dragon. And as you can see, some gullible tourist has paid to not only get a photo, but to wear the hat too...
