We had Sunday dinner at Thomiuex, a very old-school Parisian brassierie near the Eiffel Tower. It had waiters in tuxedoes, and served very classic French cuisine...like andouillete. Andouillete is pig's intestines, wrapped in...pig's intestines. Angie was quite the superstar because not only did she order it, she ate every frickin' bite. Mmmm, tripe.
